"I'll Take You There" is an original 30x20" oil painting of Devil's Backbone in Loveland, CO. 
 
Though the paintings I create are of specific places I have been to I am all about the FEELINGS my paintings allude to at the moment. By focusing on the feeling it invites a deeper connection. By focusing on the feeling it provides more value than a photograph taken and perhaps provides a deeper story. "I'll Take You There" is referencing that I will emotionally take you there as you scan the brush strokes that make up this piece. It also proclaims that if anyone comes to visit me from out of state they’ll find themselves on a hike to Devil’s Backbone.
