"I'll Take You There" is an original 30x20" oil painting of Devil's Backbone in Loveland, CO. 
 
Though the paintings I create are of specific places I have been to I am all about the FEELINGS my paintings allude to at the moment. By focusing on the feeling it invites a deeper connection. By focusing on the feeling it provides more value than a photograph taken and perhaps provides a deeper story. "I'll Take You There" is referencing that I will emotionally take you there as you scan the brush strokes that make up this piece. It also proclaims that if anyone comes to visit me I will be taking them on a hike to Devil’s Backbone.
